Got my consult for rheumatology and will try a couple of things later this month to try and address the arthritis in my ankle and foot. Troubled all week with the foot/ankle and left knee (MCL). Definitely feeling the impact of racing last week. Plan to take it "easy" for a few days while I'm on vacation this coming week.
