In prep for my long ride on the Lamoille trail I tracked the weather when it was 10 days out. I made my decision 3 days out. It was funny to watch the forecast change as it got closer. It turned out to be just about ideal conditions for a long bike ride.
This week I had three of the top 20 hottest runs I’ve ever done. I’ve only tracked runs 95 degrees and hotter and have a total of 46. Many days where I listed “90’s” but I only tracked ones where I had an actual temp. Hoping we’ve made it through the hottest part of the summer.
