I decided to go a little quicker at lunch today since I’m only doing one run a day.
On Monday I did 5m at 7:30 pace, yesterday I did 4m at 7:27 pace.
Today 5 miles in 36:13 (7:14 pace). For giggles I age graded it and it equals a 29:25…
so I guess I should call it a workout. The total was only 8 seconds slower than when
I did this back in January as a 2m warm-up and 3m tempo.
