At the last minute I figured I’d do a workout at lunch on Friday (in trainers). Goal = 2 warm-up and 2 under 7's. Decided to make it a 3-mile tempo instead about 1/2 way through since I couldn't seem to get going any faster but felt I could continue at the same clip. The 5-10mph breeze and terrain made the splits a bit uneven. 20:49 for 3 miles (701/658/650).
Can you age grade a workout? Why not?
