I don’t typically ride more than 2 hours at a time but have done some longer rides. Most of my long rides have been on the spin bike in the basement. Of the 38 times I’ve ridden 100km (62.2 miles) or more only 11 of those times were outside. I’m hoping to get number 12 tomorrow as I head up to Maine for the Lighthouse ride. It looks like the weather will be nice. Hopefully my bike and my body will make it through!
