I took full advantage of getting back close to 100% after the hamstring injury in February. I didn't race this month but got my mileage back to normal (and above) with weeks of: 90, 85, 90, and 101. I also got in two workouts one to test where the hamstring was and another in prep to race in April. Enjoying training and looking forward to getting back to racing.
406 miles for the month was my biggest month since May of 2020 (409) and only the 6th time over 400 miles in the last 10 years.
Onward!
