First workout since the hamstring injury back in February. Goal was under 3:30 since I had no idea how things would feel. 2m warm-up (15:44) then 3:15, 3:18, and 3:08 with rest of 3:59, 3:52, and 3:54.
Wind was tough on the second one and temps right at freezing. Felt pretty good, now waiting to see how everything feels post-workout.
