Long runs

Although I'm averaging over 12 miles a day this year, I rarely run longer than 6 miles.  During the furlough I've been doing more "doubles" rather than "triples" so I'm getting in more 7 and 8 mile runs.   Last week I did a 12 mile run and this week a 15 mile.  The 15 ties for my longest training run of the year.  Three minutes slower than a 15 I did back in February, maybe the difference between road and trail (not likely!).
