Workout

 I ended up doing a lunch workout today.  It was 70 degrees just a little breeze.  This was my first workout this year using racing flats instead of trainers. I was aiming to run 1.75 warm-up then 440x2 with 440 rest then right into a hard mile.  I wanted to do the 440s around 90 and hoped to run around 6-flat for the mile.  Ran 7:30 pace for the 1.75 then felt pretty good on the 440s.  Surprised how good I felt in the mile and left a bit too much for the last 440.  440 splits below.  I think I could do 5:45 which is what I raced the mile in last year!
