Not a terrible week. Got in 89 miles and drove nearly 2,000 with most of that the annual drive down to Florida. I got in runs in PA, MD, NC, SC, GA, and FL all at locations I'd not run in before. I had some issues with my eye after getting an injection on Tuesday but fortunately it cleared up but I've been stuck with a lousy headache since then. Trying to keep on top of my hydration and hoping that will help. Hoping I can rebound from the XC race today and not severely embarrass myself on the indoor track on Tuesday.
