This was my lowest mileage week in a while. I started the week skipping my morning runs to give some relief to my hip/glute which had strained near the end of the Mill Cities Relay Race. I slowly got back to the morning run thing and bumped the pace up a little each day and seemed to improve as the week went on. I ended up with 80 miles for the week and a nice (cold) bike ride to close out the week. The final run of the week was a rare run with Joe Shairs and Greg Putnam who were willing to go a bit slower and let me hang with them. Good fun.
