I tried to take advantage of this being my last full week before knee surgery. It was hot and humid all week and I finished off the week with a less than spectacular race in Canterbury (Woodchuck Classic). Still, I was just happy to be able to get out there. I saw the ISS three times this week which brings my total for 2024 to 27!
