Week Ending 07/21/24

Another really hot week and another week of icing and favoring my hinky knee.  Goal was to get to the start line of the USATF NE road mile championships and give it a go.  Ran long (8 miles) each week day at 4:30 am, to avoid a little of the heat but not the humidity.  Ended up with an 86 mile week.  Also did a little 4x1 minute workout, saw a starlink satellite, Jupiter Taurus and Mars, a full Moon, and the International Space Station (24th time this year).
